10 months agoI posted this video last year. I suppose I just got fed up with young people being advised to eat junk food in the fitness community.
It was heartbreaking to see the negative effects of those foods slowly develop. Acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, depression, anxiety, tiredness, mood swings…those conditions, and some, are linked to the consumption of ultra processed foods.
Remember this, there is nothing that you can do with ultra processed foods that real foods can’t do better. The body prefers food that it is meant to eat, food that nature made.
Whether you agree with me or not, my message is simple. Whatever symptoms you may have, try switching your food choices to real foods for a few days. I am telling you that it might make a difference.
