4 months agoIt was an inspiring 2024 @uksca annual conference - evidence informed and challenging opportunities to enhance what we do were shared by a great panel. Tough shift this morning with a panel discussion, practical workshop and keynote - but it was so energising to be able to engage and share what and how we coach some pretty special athletes @orthoarizona with integrated approaches to athlete performance health. Great to be able to speak about the value we place in collaboration
