a year agoDuring my 15-years as a Navy SEAL, I served as the engineering department head in my platoons. As a SEAL, there is absolutely no room for error. Mistakes cost lives. When I decided to become a trainer 19 years ago, I approached this profession with the same mindset. I dedicated over 15 years to studying Biomechanics at an advanced level. There should be no margin for mistakes with other peoples bodies. When someone invests in hiring you as their trainer to enhance their health and function, it becomes your responsibility to exceed their expectations.
