3 months ago#FeaturedReno An amazing hallway transformation ✨ In their quest for a stunning entrance, the homeowners knew that getting the hallway right was crucial. They wanted a wow factor every time they entered their home. During the renovation, everything was taken out, including the internal walls, floor, and plaster. The homeowners had high hopes of uncovering a beautiful Minton Victorian floor beneath the lino, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Instead, they discovered cracked and sunken red quarry tiles. Undeterred, they carefully lifted and reused the existing tiles, while also finding a batch of black and ivory coloured quarry tiles on eBay. They then insulated, installed underfloor heating pipes, and created their own interpretation of the Minton style flooring. Amazing work by @victorian_welsh_home. 3 months agoUnfortunately last night our home was hit by lightening and has made us homeless and have lost many of our possessions or have major water damage. Obviously if we don’t work we don’t earn money so we will be working as much as possible.
