3 months agoYesterday, in collaboration with @suffolkmind , we held our first Frontline Families training at @loftyheights.cic . 13 people attended the course with a mixture of serving forces members, veterans, families, @msccargo staff and the Combat2Coffee team. A huge thank you to Lofty Heights for letting us use their facilities and to Ezra from Suffolk Mind for facilitating the training. Frontline Families is a free mental health training for service people, veterans and their families across Suffolk. The course covers understanding mental health, supporting mental health, and understanding trauma. #FrontlineFamilies #MentalHealthMatters #MentalHealthSupport
