3 years agoSharing a sneak peek of my current work in progress! I seriously have been working on this little guy forever... This cheeky fellow is how I imagine a Tree Goblin. His hat is a burr oak acorn cap that I found on a walk, and his face, hands, and feet were meticulously sculpted. His body is built on a wire armature so he can be realistically posed in different positions. His clothing is still in the works, but my wonderful boyfriend @cedarlore taught and helped me forge a copper breast plate and pauldrons that will soon be etched in ferric-chloride acid for a beautiful finish! We’ve been filming the process of his making, and I plan to share detailed video tutorials showing all of it on my soon-to-be launched Patreon page!
