a year ago🧐FOODIE RULE OF THE DAY🧠 Only order oysters in months that end in “R”.   When oysters are extracted from the water, they are exposed to higher temperatures that allow potentially hazardous pathogens to grow. Eat all the oysters you want in months that end in “R’ because it’s cooler, meaning the oysters are safer to eat during those months.
