2 months agoTHROWBACK THURSDAY Jesse Jones Bridgeport (D2) (2014-16) 🔥🔥 The Irvington, NJ native averaged 14.1 PPG 2.5 RPG 1.9 APG 50.4% 3PT while also helping lead Bridgeport to a conference championship title his junior season Jones played at Passaic County Community College (JUCO) his first 2 seasons before transferring to Bridgeport. He led the whole country (JUCO) in scoring at 25.6 PPG his sophomore season He created his brand @filayyyy in 2014 and the rest is history

2 months agoOne of the best moments of my life!! I achieved being confident in myself on this day. When you want something so bad, you go do whatever it takes. And I say this because this generation got a problem of entitlement; I came off the bench when I could’ve been starting. I didn’t trip; I played my role; I understood what was needed of me, and I still flourished. I ended up getting a conference championship, and going to the ncaa D2 tournament. Don’t block your opportunities,Hard work is not easy, but never expect anyone to give you something. What’s given is earned, and even if it’s not given, your work never changes; it’s going to happen eventually. Don’t ever put yourself over the work, because the work is what gets us to the next level.
