This mindful approach connects you to something more profound, allowing you to move beyond the ordinary and tap into a sense of alignment and peace that feels truly fulfilling.

2 months agoWhen someone truly values you, their actions show it without hesitation or mixed signals. Pouring more of yourself into someone who doesn’t prioritize you won’t shift the dynamic; it only drains you. You deserve people in your life who genuinely show up, who are eager to invest in you and make you feel valued without you having to wonder. Don’t settle for minimal effort or half-hearted interest—wait for those who are as enthusiastic about you as you are about them.

2 years agoI am getting older today, and I am thinking about my journey so far… I started in sports very early, I always thought that my biggest dream was to be a football player, I worked for many years to make this happen. But I struggled with one thing that many of you might struggle: my mental game. Sometimes our path changes and mistakes and failures can become a great thing if you learn from them. At the time I realized my mental game was not good, I decided that I couldn’t let it pull me down, so I started looking for solutions, and I am so thankful that I did it. Only because I decided to learn in that moment, I found out what I wanted to do for life, combining the 2 things I love the most: sports and psychology. When I was 18 years old (and still an athlete) I started helping other athletes to become more confident and less anxious, but when I was 20 I really understood that helping athletes was my life purpose. I played football untill 22 years old, but I was decided to follow the path of sports psychology. And today I am working to make sure that you don’t struggle with what I struggled, make sure that you take care of your mental game for the sake of your career and for your mental health. 6 years have passed and I am still here. Today I am able to spread my knowledge and help more athletes than I could ever imagine. Helping to improve the performance of olympic athletes, high-level athletes and I also those who are starting their youth careers.
