2 years agoIndividual Programming As a professional athlete you put a lot of stress on your body, mentally and physically. That stress can bring your body out of alignment, which can lead to performance decrease as well as an increased risk of injury. After a long season @antonio_colak made sure to get his assessment in. The assessment consists of over 50+ orthopedic measurements of muscles and joint ranges of motion. These measurements give me the proper data to know which parts of his body we need to stretch/mobilize and which parts we need to strengthen in order to correctively align his body and build a proper foundation for the next season.
