2 years agoUn de mes tous premiers souvenirs foot, un des plus marquants, c’est la venue de Patrick Vieira chez nous, a Villiers le Bel. Aujourd’hui, j’ai moi aussi la chance de pouvoir revenir transmettre mon expérience aux plus jeunes. La transmission est une force incroyable. La preuve, ce tournoi m’a tellement marqué que j’ai décidé d’en faire un à mon tour pour les petits de ma ville. J’espère avoir impacté positivement ces 11 jeunes comme j’ai pu l’être à leur âge. Un grand merci à @asmonaco qui m’a accompagné tout au long de ce projet qui me tenait vraiment à coeur. Pour nous par nous 💯

4 months agoUntil next year, @nhcarnivalldn! 🌟 10 years ago, my mum decided to start selling food at Notting Hill Carnival. Inspired by her hustle and seeing a gap in the market, I knew I wanted to create something of my own. In 2019, with no clear idea of what the future held, I took the bold step to launch my own food stall—@chipnjerk Five years later, I’m blown away by how far I’ve come. Being recognized by @bbclondon and featured on @bbcnews as the most successful stall at Carnival is surreal; I used to watch BBC religiously after school, never imagining I’d one day be featured. And then there’s the article in @twisted —one of the first food pages I ever followed—that reignited my love for food. I’m truly humbled and grateful for everyone who has supported Chip n Jerk and been a part of this journey. My love for cooking grows year by year, and I can’t wait to see where this passion takes me next. Here’s to the future and all that’s yet to come! 🙏
