5 months agocome hit legs with meeee :) here is my workout: Leg Press 4x10 RDL 4x10 Step ups 3x10 (each leg) Hip Abductors 4x15 10 second hold. 3 minute recovery in between each setttt. i know that is a long time but you will DEFINITELY see a change in your growth :)
