8 months agoIN CONTRACT - Thanks to my client for trusting me with this deal and hopefully many more to come! This was an off market deal we made an offer on in June last year and we lost out on to other buyers but I kept checking in. I found out it fell out of contract and we moved quickly to secure the deal.
