As pioneers of the Rhône varietals in Los Chacayes, the team first planted Grenache in 2009 and have continued to produce complex and elegant wines from these extreme conditions. Our 100% single-vineyard high-elevation Grenache represents a new era of boutique wines from this exciting subzone within the Uco Valley.
If you’re looking for some pairings to enjoy this weekend, a classic Manchego, a nutty Mahón DOP, Semi Curado, or a creamy Gruyere complement the wine's bold character. The cheese's fat is beautifully cut through by the Grenache, leaving a delightful umami finish.
