3 months agoMorning routine before the office 🤍 Full transparency, it has NOT been easy staying on track with my morning routine lately. With working full time during the day, my evenings are often spent creating and editing content and going to bed a bit later than ideal so waking up early is a struggle 😂. But getting some movement in remains a priority for me so Im making sure I make some time to workout during the day, even if it’s just for 20 minutes sometimes! 5:45 - wake up + red light mask + supplements 6:20 - pack lunch + skincare 7:30 - workout for 45 mins 8:15 - shower and get ready 8:30 - post workout meal (not shown but I had greek yogurt with fruit and pumpkin seeds) Ps.
