Obama took to the stage professing that “his palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy”, following the rapper’s speech at the Harris-Walz campaign on Tuesday night. 2 months agoNeo-Nazis have been hit with pepper spray in a tense standoff with police in Melbourne, after a small group of the extreme right-wing movement gathered to disrupt an asylum seeker rally. Premier Jacinta Allan today labelled the group of around 20 as "disgraceful cowards," after they crashed a planned rally outside the Department of Home Affairs in Docklands that was held to mark 100 days of peaceful continuous protest calling for immediate permanent visas for asylum seekers trapped in detention. The group reportedly chanted racist and hateful slogans before police formed a line between the two groups, forcing the neo-Nazi gathering back. Vision of the incident shows Victoria Police deploying capsicum spray to deter the gang, all of whom were dressed in black with faces concealed.
