The Argentine midfielder has just begun another season as a key player for the powerhouse that is @atleticodemadrid. As a World Cup winner, De Paul is no stranger to high expectations, but every year in @laliga brings a chance to reassert himself as one of the best in the world.
“Every time we start a new season, we try to bring fresh energy, resetting our expectations for what’s to come,” he says.
As much as he loves the game, he also keeps his horizons broad—not only in terms of the business side of things but also for his personal well-being. He mentions that he’s cultivated outlets to manage the daily stressors of a sport he’s dedicated most of his life to.
